Aim of the Advancing the Nursing Profession Fellowship

The aim of the fellowship is to:
  • Promote nursing research in areas that will promote excellent nursing care
  • Assist nurses to undertake research and/or develop initiatives which will improve patient/client outcomes, enhance quality and safety in nursing or improve service delivery
