Conditions for eligibility:

  2. The grant is subject to participants successfully completing the program and then working in a Western Australian public hospital setting for a minimum of 12 months on completion of the program. These positions can be full-time or part-time, not casual.
  3. Applicant cannot receive any payment such as wages, annual leave, long service leave or payments from any government department during the period they intend to undertake the grant program.
  4. If an applicant has received a grant of financial assistance from WA Health at any time within the previous twelve (12) months, then they will not qualify for a second grant.
  5. Grant of financial assistance must be applied for prior to commencement of the program.
  6. Applicants are responsible for any tax liability related to the grant.
  7. Applicants agree to complete a grant and employment survey, and provide employment contract as proof of meeting the grant conditions.
