Graduate enrolled nursesNewly qualified enrolled nurses are encouraged to undertake a Graduate Program. This allows transition to the nursing workforce by undertaking a 12, 18 or 24-month program in a supported clinical environment.
Graduate Program participants are paid as first-year enrolled nurses and gain exposure to a variety of clinical settings while consolidating theoretical learning and critical clinical skills and judgement.
